​I work endeavours to transfer the beauty of the world on paper and canvas. Using oil, water color and pastel my primary subject matter has been still life and landscape. However, for the past few years, I have dedicated myself to the charcoal portrait where I try to capture the sincerity and dignity of the human condition.

 

Yuezhi moved to Canada in 1998. I received my Visual Art education at Beijing Education College in China and continued my art education at Sheridan College in Oakville, Ontario.

Running an art studio, I teach drawing and painting in Mississauga. Teaching provides aplatform to motivate me to be a better artist. My works are collected in Canada, Australia, USA and China
